And i am very pleased that i succeeded to make this presentation and get them excited and motivated, also i discovered that this is the missing part they need in ERP Implementation, "Yes, We need an excitement for every starting project" another comment also says: "Why all ERP Mangers don't make this before start our projects".
It is a valuable thing that you inspire and motivate your team, consultants are human, they are not a machine or software, they need to be appreciated, need to have attention, need to feel that they are valuable and important, so it is not even to get exited with the new ERP and it's functionality, but also to be motivated to get out the best in them.
